Withdrawal: Moving cash out of Kalshi by bank, debit card, crypto, PayPal or Venmo; Kalshi lists no fee on these methods, but recent deposits can be on hold.
Kalshi's help center lists withdrawals by bank transfer (US only, typically a few business days), debit card (typically within a few hours), crypto (typically within 30 minutes, and only after a prior crypto deposit), PayPal and Venmo (US only). It lists no fees for any of these methods. International accounts can withdraw by debit card and crypto.
Holds depend on how the money came in. Kalshi's security holds page says card and ACH deposits can be withdrawn once the deposit settles by the same method, and up to 2 days after settlement by a different method; PayPal, Venmo, crypto and wire deposits have no hold. Kalshi's member agreement adds that for 90 days after an ACH deposit, those funds can only be withdrawn to the account they came from.
Other limits: debit card withdrawals have a daily limit personalized to your account, money in open positions cannot be withdrawn until you close them, and Kalshi's help center points to wire transfers for amounts greater than $500,000. Under Kalshi's rulebook a withdrawal request is passed to the clearinghouse within one business day.
