Deposit: Adding money to Kalshi by bank transfer (ACH), debit card, wire, crypto, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App; most methods have a $10 minimum, wires $1,000.
Kalshi's transfers FAQ lists debit card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), bank transfer (ACH), PayPal, Venmo, Cash App (deposits only), crypto and wire transfer. The minimum deposit is $10, except wire transfers at $1,000. International accounts can deposit by debit card, crypto and wire only.
Costs and timing differ. Bank (ACH) deposits carry no Kalshi fee and typically settle within 5 business days, though Kalshi often credits part of the money right away; debit card deposits may incur a 2% processing fee; wire deposits carry no Kalshi fee, need your memo code and count the same day if Kalshi Klear receives them before 4 PM ET; crypto deposits can carry provider and network fees.
Kalshi's own example: a $200 bank deposit might show $150 available immediately and the other $50 after the transfer settles. Deposits cannot be canceled once submitted, and recently deposited money can be subject to a security hold before you withdraw it. What to check: the fee and immediate funding amount on the deposit review screen.
